Can I borrow your forearm removal tool?

Hey, I need to swap out a forearm and would rather save the expense of going to a gunmith or buying one myself since I will only being doing this once. I would also like the experience myself.

I need one to fit a Model 12 Winchester. I know they cost $30ish and wouldn't mind making a deposit via paypal as a security on your part. Then you could just refund me the money after I return the tool. Or you could just lend it to me. Whatever is find with me.

Anyone's offer is much appreciated.

    Yea, I've heard of such stories. I've been screwed before a few times myself, however, not too badly and I just feel sorry for those people who want a few bucks so badly instead of working for them...anyways, yes, that's a different story...thnx

    I have a Menck tool for that purpose that I bought from Brownell's. It works on most pump shotgun forends. It was pretty inexpensive, probably less than paying postage two ways to borrow one.

    Ooops! I just checked and it has gone up a little. Of course the price shown is the sucker price that no one pays. It would be discounted some.
