Killdeer rifle

I have a "killdeer" rifle No. 4 by Wayne Watson the maker of the originals used in the movie Last of the Mohicans. Can anyone give me a real idea of its worth?

  I have one made by Bill Rooks, who got the plans from Watson. I paid $2000 for mine. At the time, he told me that Watson was getting around $6000 for one. Most of Watson's rifles are more expensive than that. It's hard to find anything on the net about them these days.

  Thanks for replies. I have had the rifle since 1995 I believe. Met Watson in Pennsylvania about 96. Not interested in selling but would like to know what it has appreciated to. I paid $2500.
