I have run across several sellers on GB who will not sell blackpowder arms to the state of calif. Item # 114721046 Why is that???????

Some sellers believe that California's new rules for FFL to FFL transfer are overly burdensome. Most experienced sellers have become accustomed to the extra 15 minutes of work required to comply with it and will sell to California anyway. One or two auction houses add a $10 or $25 surcharge for the extra work, but most just take it in stride.
A few GB sellers won't even ship antiques, which are not covered under the new law, either because they don't understand the law or are objecting to it.0 -
