no sales to state of california??????

    Some sellers believe that California's new rules for FFL to FFL transfer are overly burdensome. Most experienced sellers have become accustomed to the extra 15 minutes of work required to comply with it and will sell to California anyway. One or two auction houses add a $10 or $25 surcharge for the extra work, but most just take it in stride.

    A few GB sellers won't even ship antiques, which are not covered under the new law, either because they don't understand the law or are objecting to it.

    Thanks for the info andy. Its frustrating to run across an item you would like to bid on only to find out its a waste of time because you live in calif. O well maybe someday things will change for the better.
