ffl or no

question, to ship a black powder rifle from Connecticut to Oregon via uspostal, is a ffl required. If some one could answer this question
i would appreciate it.

  What is the make and model of the rifle?

  As long as it is not an Encore or any other rifle that can accept barrels other than muzzleloader. If it is a blackpowder muzzleloader only, you are all set.
