age requirement for black powder

what is the age requirement for owning a black powder pistol in the state of california? and what is the ae requirement in arizona, new mexico, and texas?
i know for a regular sidearm that uses smokeless powder is age 21, i was just wondering if the age is different for black powder.

  I would suggest you look up the Dept. of Justice and call the firearms division. I did so last week on a question regarding my C&R and the lady that answered was nice and very helpful.

  no regs on the gun ( Federally)but the powder can be tricky in some commie states like Kalifornia
