I stuck one last night
Stuck a big Doe last nite at the shot she hit the ground. (I thought alright) then she started scooting away a little and got in some brush.(Should of put another arrow in her. Waited about an hour found the arrow (pass through) Lots of nice pinkish blood and a good blood trail for about 200 feet, then no more blood and it was getting to dark to see. I thought I should wait until this morning before work and get back down there and look a little more aggressively. There were spots where the blood looked like gelatinas globs of blood, so I feel pretty good about a good lung shot.
First deer for me with a bow Ive shot a bunch with a rifle. I have been shooting a bow for a few years at targets just never got a decent shot at one with a bow. Hope I can find her before the coyotes. [:(!]

bubbles in the blood yes, and then the trail just quit. Took the dog and a friend and looked for her for a few hours,.. no luck. I guess the coyotes will at good. I did pick up a couple packs of Rage broad heads this afternoon ( Ive heard a lot of good things about them) so I guess we will see. I did have 2 does and 5 fawns come by my stand this evening. Nice to see them. The older doe I hit yesterday was always mean to the other deer anyway,...
