Need to shoot my bow...
4-5 days ago I changed my fathers water heater. It went ok but the problem is I carried the new one(127lbs)out of my truck down to the basement myself and the old one(120lbs)up the stairs into my truck myself.
Now my friggin upper spine/neck and right shoulder blade has pain shooting across it. SOB

Go see your Doc, get some good pain meds for it and shoot left handed until it heals up. The challenge of left hand will make you a better archer/hunter. 0
