    Well, that is rather run-on...

Being involved in a shooting is a rather chancy thing. Doing it with a stolen gun will gain you trouble....

Doing it outside your home without a CCW is a trip to jail...more then likely.
Doing it outside your home with a stolen weapon WILL result in a jail term...

The term..." I would rather be tried by twelve..then be carried by six"...seems to apply here.

I ALWAYS urge those applying for a CCW to buy a weapon from a dealer. The trail stops right there.

Here in Missouri i have not had any handgun issues
ccw and so on but it seems to me the last thing
you would worry about if your involved in a shooting
is whether or not you could own / carry a handgun
am i missing the point with the dc issue here
iv always had a pistol or 2 and the only one who
new about it was me if you had to use deadly force
they could give a hoot were i got the gun.
as far as the big picture.[?]

Anna, I've always said that it better to tried by 12 than carried by six.
