Boston's Warrantless Search Plan:
Here is a follow-up on a previous post. I would have brought it up but I couldn't find it fast enough and gave up. (pickenup should remember it) It looks like the public may have seen the problem with this (invasive) violation of their rights and privacy. Even though the Muslims don't. But, then again, there could be another reason.

A warrant (see the 4th amendment) OR CONSENT is required.
Note that on a traffic stop police can ask - "Will you give permission to search your car?"
If the driver says "yes", no warrant is required. Driver has waived his 4th amendment right. If he says "no", police will need to show probable cause to a judge to get a warrant.
Parents can give consent for minors. They may want to think twice, because they will be held responsible for the actions of minors in their homes.0 -
Boston has really turned into a cess pit, which is why I refuse to ever set foot in my disgraced home state ever again. 0
