Seeking, not phishing

I'm seeking information on 1SG Joe White,,, I served directly under him in Vinhong. I've sent regular mail to his address in NY with no reply. I've sent emails to the webmaster of his site, no reply. The site hasn't been updated since 2000. Any of you houndogs out there ??
