nerve gas innoculations?

Does anyone know of, or heard of, a Senate debate concerning skin rashes developing among Viet Nam Vets after being innoculated against nerve gas. These rashed are developing many years, like only five years ago, on men who served during the sixties. I have a retired friend who has an itching rash during the last five years. I sent him the VA website.
