Lake Fork Fishing

I hope to be in the Mesquite TX area on March 14th and 15 for a race at the Devils Bowl. I have been thinking about a little fishing on Fork on Saturday Morning and Sunday before I have to head back. Is there anyone on here that is a Sprint Car Fan that might like to go fishing from that area. I hate to drag my boat down for as little time as I have but a mans got to do what a mans got to do. I have considered a quide but I don't have time for a full day and they don't want to book a half day that time of the year. Weather is a big player also if the weather is rain there won't be racing and that would change the whole deal. I can stay at home and fish in the rain. I would be glad to trade a trip for a trip anyone interested?
