.50 Caliber Cast Bullets
Does any one know of a supplier that has .50 Caliber Cast Bullet with a gas check in the 350 to 425 grain?
Spent most of last evening looking with not much luck.

i make my own they are 377 grain maxi balls no need for a gas check if your using 90 grains or ffg black powder, if you would like to try them ill list 20 on the auction side for only 5.00 + shipping 0 -
I am trying to find a bullet for the 12.7X44 Swedish Rolling Block and not having much luck. 0 -
Buffalo Arms, Track of the Wolf and Dixie Gun Works all offer suitable cast and/or swaged bullets, but I'm not sure if they are gas-checked.
Plain base bullets work fine for me at 12.7X44R velocities.

My 12.7X44 shoots the Lee (Mold #90255) 450gr .50 bullet very well. No gas check required. 0 -
You should call Gad Custom Cartridge at 715-748-0919 and ask for Bernold. He can probably fix you up. Let us know what he says. I've recomended him to a dozen people or more and he's helped them all. 0 -
I get my .40s from Montana Bullet Works. Dave Jennings there makes .50s, some even with gas checks although like the others, I do not see the need for them at Roller velocities.

Try Oregon Trail, Lazer Cast, they're in Baker City Ore, not realy all that far from you, cut shipping cost. They sell a great product, I've shot them for years.
