Does anyone know who manufactured the 1858 Remington reproduction for Navy Arms?

Pietta...i have 2 of 'em and the pietta cylinders fit perfectly. hope that helps.

If you will take a magnifying glass and look closely over the entire surface of the revolver you will find three indications about the piece.
First is the Italian Proof House marks;
Second will be the "Date Code" for the proof firing; and,
Third will be the manufacturer's trade mark.
See what you find and let us know . . .we'll try to help you from there.

Navy Arms has sold 1858 Remingtons made by both Uberti and Pietta. 0 -
Measure the cylinder, Pietta's run 2.015 +/- .001 The Uberti is .010 shorter , or longer, I don't remember, but I'm sure there is .010 difference in length. 0
