Winning.The previous time this happened when it was legal for Californians to buy standard mags for that one week, dubbed "freedom week", effectively negated 20 some years of California's ban on mags. It was awesome, no one would be able to prove when anyone bought the mags.

What is truly amazing, is this ruling comes from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (historically liberal). I not only have a new found hope for other states that fall under the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, but also this nation as a whole.Warbirds said:It is great news.
