Unpopular opinion

OK :
Yes they are !!!
And ???
Thanks !!!0 -
I'm not sure that's an unpopular opinion. I know I certainly agree. I'm a huge Glock guy and love my P220 as well, but they're both reliable little blocks.

While I have never been a 92F fan and have always found the aesthetics of that family of patent similar architectural design offshoots appearance to be a wee bit clunky and chunky and distasteful and poorly executed...
I do have a Hewlen Brigadier whose appearance is quite similar and whose genetics are borrowed heavily in the final accepted design platform of the 92F series....
And while it's not by any man's my favorite pistol and visually it sets no ones heart on fire - it is a true functional work horse and is a problem free pistol.
Having said that I agree with your supposition that the 92 series are fugly.

Some of my favorites are P-series Rugers and they make 92s look great. 3 -
I like 92's and while a little chunky they shoot good. 3 -
Darn, and I just added one to my pistol armament. But I like them guess that's why I did it. 3 -
sort of reminds me of he older cars, at first glance you know exactly what brand/model it is unlike glocks and other plastic pistols which are all boxy and look the same........ 0 -
I will readily concede my Taurus Beretta clone wont win any beauty contests. Wont finish last in any beauty either, as long as Glocks and High Points are in the beauty contest. I like my Taurus. It does what I demand from all of my handguns. I pull the trigger, it goes "BANG"!! It shoots where I am aiming. It does not jam. I'm easy to please!!
Does not jam with factory mags. Using one after market mag I have, it turns into a jam-o-matic!! Simple solution. Throw away the after market mag.0 -
