I am certainly not a fan of Facebook, but I reluctantly became a member so that I could participate in the page for my old Navy Squadron (VAW-115) and the Group pages for those that served in VAW-115 and the Carrier we served on (USS Midway CVA-41). My Facebook page isn't public, but through those Group pages I've been able to reconnect with individuals that I served with in the 70's. That's the only reason I haven't closed my Facebook account.

Zuckerturd tries to limit any conservative group so this is understandable.

Wonder how long the FB & Twitter icons will remain here alongside the Flag, Agree. Disagree, etc on the forums.

Toss on all the retailers like Midway etal......gone.

All social media is a huge problem in our desire to continue to live in a free society. We are being controled by a very small number of people and it is very scary indeed.

I see the problem. My problem is that my oldest daughter posts very regular pics of my two grandkids on facebook. They live 650 miles away from me so I am a very absent grandfather. Those pics are very important to me.

I was banned when I asked the buzzards to close my account & delete everything that they had on me. Now, I can't even browse FB.

I use my personal cellphone for work. FB got my calls from my phone company, & used that to send me suggestions that I "friend" my business contacts. I assume that my business contacts got the same thing. Too intrusive, so I dropped out. Don't get to see what my children post, but I can live with that.

There is NO reason to be forced to use Facebook just to see your family, children or grandchildren. Images get pirated from Facebook all the time for awful uses by criminals.

    Use Family Album:

Poland seems to have a solution

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/jan/14/poland-plans-to-make-censoring-of-social-media-accounts

Good luck with that...........and what would you have us wish for if it is successful MrMag00..............that we follow the European model for our lives here in the US?
