went up the river to ohio.........

been looking for a new boat seat, when I had it out last month, seat blew out on the interstate on the way home, been looking for a softer replacement so drove up to Marrietta ohio today to look at a few different stores. one local tractor shop sells about everything, boats, guns and even a few UTV's. didn't find the seat I needed but the gun counter was almost full, all types of ammo, and a full shelf of all types of primers. I didn't notice the price on the ammo, but the primers were $9.99 a 100, but limit of one box per customer. only thing they were out of was powder and bullets, both shelves of them completely empty. Didn't need anything so I left without buying, but almost everyone had a box of some type ammo on the way out..........

    not even half what their getting on auction side Sam........... some as high as $350-499 per thousand

    I think I need an AED now too.


    I am glad I have a bunch of reloading supplys. I bought primers in 100K lots years ago and stored them well.

    Sounds like you went to Bridgeport Equipment. I go there a lot and buy very little. Retail is one thing, their prices are retail and more....

    agree, I guess if you had to have it, you could live with the price, I didn't have to have anything that bad. I usually stop by every month or two, just to get out of the house.
