Anybody Know why GunBorker Never responds to Support issues?

Have reported several issues ranging from not receiving a seller report and being charged for it to Fraudulent emails being sent out from the GB system. This email has been sent to a few of my customers. Anyone else experience it? They list/link the item won and make it look like it's coming from the seller.

This gun is sold on consignment and was not able to be edited after posting for sale , owner requires payment directly by USPS MONEY ORDER . shipping charges will be excluded to cover for the inconvenience caused by the mistake during listing. let us know if you are moving forward with order to send payment details for usps money order.

To complete the sale, please have your local FFL send us a signed copy of their license. They can email it to us. Please have your FFL note your name, gun, and auction number on the FFL.

    You'll eventually get a response, it may just take a few weeks.

    I have some that have been open for months! Some of them they just arbitrarily close without doing anything. There are 3 tickets submited for the email scam above and they have yet to answer any of them. The first one goes back to 24 Nov. They shouldn't be taking weeks to address issues, a few days maybe.

    We have very active buyers and seller in this forum, which is completely removed from the auction site, and this is the first report of this kind that I've seen.

    Was the email sent through the Gun Broker site? If so any sold or closed listing notification would have included an auction number. Is there an auction number for the supposedly sold Polytech? In addition, I'm unfamiliar with the title Gun Broker Specialist. Communications from GB Support always include Support.

    Yes it came from the gunbroker site and was sent to at least 2 of my customers on 2 different item that I know of. Both emails were submitted with the full details including the auction numbers, emails, etc. Nothing has been done and the ticket are still waiting to be answered. This portion of the email was the same on both:
