yep, seems WVU can find a way to loose, glad they finally took out Doege, never much cared for him as quarterback...... that fumble right before halftime almost looked like he did it on purpose

Hoods and thugs being, well, hoods and thugs. Wouldn't watch it if it was the last show ever broadcast on TV.

Call me old fashioned but I got interested in college sports back in the '50's. There were 1-3 bowl games but the numbers grew. Now there are as many bowl games as music/TV/movie awards. Aparantly you don't even need a winning record to be in a bowl game. I'm thinking of dusting off my old D-18 Martin and trying for a music award. It's almost like participation awards anymore. Why you ask? IMHO, in the case of sports it's all about money. The schools get paid to participate and the bowl committees and networks get paid by advertisers. In the case of the entertainment group, it's about money for the networks and stroking egos for the participants. OK, I'll be quiet now.

NW sent Auburn packing with their tails between their legs.

ND didn’t belong in the playoffs to begin with

Wish Cincinnati could of held on to beat Georgia.

No gjshaw, Alabama is giving the selection committee a lesson. How in the world can they put ND as #4. Sure they beat Clemson in double overtime but Clemson didn't have Lawerence (probably #1 in the NFL draft). Then just 2 weeks ago they get killed 34-10 but still they are #4? ND has a big fan base and also a big viewer base. TV needs viewers to make money and that's what it's all about - money.
