riot enders.......

  I seem to recall something on a TV show year or two back a noise emmitter, for lack of better term, that when aimed at people made them nausious. If these are in the hands of gov't and/or law enforcement, wouldn't that be the perfect solution for these riots???? or is it just hollywood science fiction......

    Long wavelength sound wave emitters..............very low frequency bass which makes a person sick. Not science fiction but not really available to your local PD

    #7 Birdshot at 75 yards range would be fairly effective as well. If that doesnt work, try 65 yards. Repeat as necessary, stepping in 10 yards each time.

    Have a good friend, retired LEO that was active in the 60,s when the shat hit the fan, can you say NFA act of 68.
    His opinion, let the peaceful protesters and rioters know well in advance that on a certain day and time either go home or be met with the full force of the law. Bust a few caps and mean business, I bet things would get quite real quick.

    Look folks, rubber bullets, tear gas, pepper shots, etc aren't working after a week.  Maybe something more direct should  be used.

    There are many opinions about the Kent State riot control. But after the shooting, the rioting pretty much stopped. When I lived in Chitcago there was a tormado that hit the south side and did a lot of destruction. Of course the "special people" took the opportunity to go "shopping". Major Richard Daly sent in the National Guard and they killed several of the "shoppers". That put an end to that nonscence.
    Fighting violence with violence appears to be the only way to get the attention of the "special people".
