got local gun show this weekend in town.......
still debating if I should go or not. still have to use walker to get around and afraid it will just be to much of hassle to get around the tables in the crowd. alot of the time it is elbow to elbow between the table, and this being the first of the year and early tax refunds burning hole in folks pockets I figure it may be just a tad crowded. don't really have any trading stock, or for that matter anything I really need, just need to get out of the house for a while........

We went to one at the fairgrounds in Lewisburg, WV last Saturday. Actually it was a pretty good show. Lots of older guns and not much junk.
One guy had a FN-49 for $695. I need my butt kicked for not buying. I collect Remington model 17’s and one seller had four. They were priced decent but nothing that I didn’t have.
If you want to go, go. Don’t let the walker hold you back. You can take a nap when you get home.0 -
If you go is there someone that can go with you? Be good to have some help along until you're healed up, just in case. 0 -
just got back, went up a little early hoping to miss the church crowd, not a bad show did not see one table of jerky, about 50-50 on older wood stocked guns and new black synthetics, about 100 tables or better, got around and backt to back row pretty easy then the church crowd hit, only had to real buttheads who crowded in and I couldn't manuber my walker around. saw a lot of the old guys I remembered when I was going to the show and wheeling/dealing few years back. all and all pretty good time, it was at the local armory, and by time got back to the front door I was done, got home flopped down in the recliner and about ready for nap........ was nice though just to get out of house 0
