A trooper was investigation an MVA when an ahole drove by (without moving over) stricking him & his vehicle. This exceptional ahole then fled the scene. Of course, every news agency reported this with a description of the pick-up. So what does this exceptionally stupid ahole do? He goes online and lists parts from his truck for sale with photos!
