think someone slipped me a mickey......

of colonostomy prep, was busy all evening and most of night with squirts, now just tired napping on off all day and have the worst gas ever, at both ends, got about 1/2 gallon of orange juice and water in me, no appetite, down 8 pounds in just about a day, this is not a diet I would recomend though.........

    I know but at this point it is the only thing staying down/in and about the only thing that even sounds good, did get about 1/2 a peanut butter sandwich down this afternoon, the stomache cramps have been so bad with the gas my ribs literally hurt, gonna try chocolate milk in a bit, it is strangley sounding good..... wouldn't wish this on anyone but a washington democrat

    Having said that- you have killed off/ flushed out the normal bugs that live in you gut that help your body process food. In effect, you sprayed 100 gallons of bleach on the vegetable garden, and the tomato plants do not look happy.

    Go get some yogurt. Read the label, you are looking for "live culture". Don't go bonkers- about 2 a day. Ease off the OJ for a bit- acidity may be a bit high.

    A day late for you, but try eating some canned peaches. Something they put in there helps firm things up.

    You might chug a couple bottles of Pedialyte. Helps with stomach flu and rehydrates you better than gator aid.

    Dollar General carries their brand of it. We've used both.
