Had an acquaintance ( a pair) who constantly sent their twin boys over to my house to play. The wife would troll the bars looking for a new husband. The husband liked his peace and quiet, he spent a lot of time reading.
I bought the twin's rotating red lights with a siren. Turned the volume up full and super glued the volume knob in place.0 -
