My Military Oath Unless I Forgot Something

I repeated it 3 times and im sure i will protect America from all enemies foreign and domestic are in there.

I do not think more than 20 to 40% of police, military and other resources would go against the second amendment.

That thought just comes from my time in the military working nights hanging out until it was time to go home. Since 1992 i am sure things have changed some but i would think the numbers would still be close.

I do remember one person that said he would not go to war ever and we were like you were in the wrong business and he told us he would kill us all if we went.

I think every ones first thought was if we go we are killing him first. LOL

    The problem comes in when (as is already starting) the "progressives" label us as domestic enemies. "Us" in this case being anyone not a progressive: conservatives, rural citizens, gun owners...

    So being labeled as such, and under that oath, what will the military do?

    With the stories of gun confiscation and arrests for possession of people crossing the wrong state line with a firearm in the care, I question your 20% - 40%. On the other hand, for obvious reasons we do not here of police looking the other way.

    Stop and frisk has been labelled a success by many who would have us believe they are conservatives.

    Good chance that LEO's in rural areas will be less inclined to pursue anti 2nd Amendment policies, though it seems almost are an board with the anti 2nd Amendment policies in the NFA of 1934 and Reagan's doubling down with the FOPA 1986.

    I guess a lot depends upon what once considers to be anti 2nd Amendment.
