    I have that same early model but with the 12" barrels. Yes its papered.

    I also have a Stevens Model 35 in .410 bore. Also papered. My high school graduation gift from my Grandfather.

    I had to look up the Stevens! Nice!
    Kind of their answer (or visa-versa) to the H&R Handy Gun, Huh?........
    I love that stuff. I wish the Stevens 35, H&R Handy Gun, Short barreled Gamegetters, and the Ithaca Burglar Gun were not illegal without paperwork. Such great historical old stuff!

    As John pointed out- those are really neat little guns, but be careful- ones with barrels less than 18" are classed as an AOW, and must be papered with the ATF.
