I will agree with you Sam. That is pretty nice. Looks like a solid rig.

I have a 700 PSS just like this but with a 26" barrel. It has the 5R rifling and man will it shoot. The only thing about Rem 700 is they have a long chamber throat so to get the best out of them you have to handload and seat the bullet out. I have found they don't like max velocity either. I keep 168gr and 173gr bullets between 2550 and 2600 and it will one one at 100yds and shoot Sub MOA out to 800m.

I have 2 other very accurate 308 caliber rifles that were way more expensive and the Rem will shoot right along with them if I use handloads and do my part.

I have shot a few BPM rifles especially the 7.62 SR-25 type guns and can tell you they are nice. Very well built and super accurate.

That is a steal of a deal for that quality of rifle.

I have a 700 BDL, built by Rem, when it was still Rem, and it is a beautiful rifle in 7mm mag. I have never killed a darn thing with it, though it has been carried hundreds of miles in the mountains.
