When out shopping the past couple of times.....
with some extra time available to 'people watch.'
I have come to the conclusion about two things to share.
1. The females who wear those skinny jeans and skin tight ~ tights or pants ? ~ have no idea how big their butt looks from behind. The largest % should never wear them 'cause their behind looks 3 axe handles wide.
2. The males who wear those thin, baggy short pants with a coat when in less than 32 degrees outside really look dumber than a mud fence.
That all.

You bring back old times!! I used to go to the mall with my late FIL and sit on a bench outside the entrance to Macy's. The gals going in and out were mostly well to do types and ole Pa was the best fella I ever knew to strike up a conversation with them! We had more fun than a day spent at a pub!
In his later years he began to skip his shaving and shower days and would look a bit down trodden. Sitting there at that same bench, gals would sneak a 20 spot into his shirt pocket. He didn't notice and I would brake out into tears of laughter. They were giving money to a millionaire!!0 -
No one over 17 should be in spandex. The likelihood of someone being in spandex apparently increases with their weight. I can only conclude they believe stuffing 230 pounds of real woman into spandex increases her sexiness by a factor of 10. Only in their dreams. 0 -

So correct. It's certainly not exciting to see the rolls of fat or bumps from cellulite poking out.

I haven't heard the ax handle comparison for a million years. My dad used that same comparison and I picked it up.
Got to say that three ax handles is a pretty wide load.0 -
I try not to go to town or a mall but sometimes I have to. I am a hyper alert person and I watch all around me.
I have made the same observations.
I have also observed:
1. People especially women are getting heavy
2. Guys who wear a hat backwards look stupid
3. Do guys think a beard and tattoos make you look tough? They don't
4. Here is some advice to parents; You're a parent not a friend or buddy start parenting.
5. Put your phone down and look around every once in a while you might see whats going on around you.0 -
I agree with the above posters I think spandex should come with a weight limit.........
I don't want to see your underwear, pull your pants up........
You wear a hat to shade your eyes/face, not the back of your neck.........
get your eyes off your phone, and watch where you are going, I am to old to get out of the way anymore, I have actually stopped and let folks run into me just to make this point........
when shopping don't stop in the middle of the aisle to call someone and ask if you need this or not, at least get out of the way.....
If you just set on a bench and watch folks walk by for 5 minutes, you will come to the conclusion those girls in the magazine/TV adds do not exist in real life unless you add 50lbs to them..............0
