Making Honey Without Bees?
First it was fake red meat now it's Synthetic Honey! Don't you love science now? It's not nice to fool mother nature.

The team collaborated with two Israeli technology firms: Bio-castle, which makes a product that biodegrades contaminants in water (they used it to collect the proteins needed to make synthetic honey), and Tsuf Globus, which produces herbal ?medical honey.?

Kinda like making love w/o a partner......ain't no such thing. 0 -
Actually there is such a thing. It isn't as much fun without a partner but except for Peewee Herman it keeps you out of all kinds of potential trouble! 0 -
Ain't it just colored corn syrup? I blame vegans for pushing their agenda onto us. 0 -

Only fair, we have been pushing meat on them forever. Remember that veal we cooked up back in the Neander Valley cave?
And if a bee did not throw it up, I am not eating it. Love my honey the old fashioned way, one bee at a time.0 -
Heck! KFC changed to fake honey many years ago! Their honey packets for the biscuits now are called honey sauce. Not a bit of real honey in the stuff!

Now if these so called scientist could come up with a way to stop poisoning the bees we wouldn't need this.
This stuff will do us no good when the bees are dead & none of the crops grow.0 -

The aquatic life is next on the list especially when the third world keeps having population explosions! Mother nature can be cruel and of course all the do-gooders will lament how racist the western world is when famine hits! They bring it on themselves however.

About 90 million people are added to world population every twelve months. Out of every 100 people added to this planet, 97 are born in the Third World. In 1994, world population was 5.6 billion: 1.2 billion in the industrialized countries and 4.4 billion in the developing countries. Women in the richer countries average only about 1.7 children each during their lifetime, while those in the poorer countries average 3.6. Third World birth rates are still far from the two-child family ideal that is needed to stabilize world population size. If Third World birth rates do not continue to decline, the population explosion envisioned in the 1960s could become a reality. Population growth is particularly rapid in Africa, where women average anywhere from five to eight children each. If Africa's current growth rate of 2.9% continues unchanged, the continent would double its population every 24 years0 -

Nope and the article makes no mention of any vegans involved with this science. "Students from six different disciplines ? biomedical engineering, medicine, biotechnology and food engineering, industrial management and engineering, chemical engineering, and aerospace engineering ? came together to create BeeFree."
Without scientists and scholars "looking forward" with food sciences, it's likely that half of the world's population would have already starved to death in the past 25 years. Non GMO is also becoming a thing of the past.
Jim
Of course they won't print who's really involved. They threw money at those "engineers". The way those people think where cows are enslaved to produce milk for humans. Same goes for bees, where they're stripped of their food by man. You're not looking hard enough
