You see a car in that picture...

I would prefer to discuss the stats on what's next to it.

1969 Camero Z28 302/4 speed car yesterday at the golf course. It was blue on black with a white stripe.

It was fully restored and had been upgraded with disc brakes all around.

    Good looking car.

Nice photo. Excellent restoration work on both subjects.

69 was a very fine year! Not just for cars either!

Right out of the Canned Heat cookbook! 8-)

Hotter than a two dollar pistol!

?Oh, She was hotter than a two-dollar pistol
She was the fastest thing around
Long and lean, every young man's dream
She turned every head in town
She was built and fun to handle, son
I'm glad that you dropped in
She reminds me of the one I loved back then
Then, I handed him my keys and said
Here, take her for a spin
The old man scratched his head, and said
Then he looked at me and grinned
He said son, you just don't understand
It ain't the car I want
It's the brunette in your 'Vette that turns me on?

    I still prefer...

Drive it on up and let's cruise a while
    Leave 'em very far behind
You can hedge your bet on a clean corvette
To get you there right on time

Now if you're ready to dive into overdrive
Baby the green lights are on
It's like you're runnin away on some high octane
Every time she reached the boulevard

Fond memories of one in Garnet Red. One of the few cars I ever had that could actually use all of 4th gear. Could pass anything except a gas station and a redhead.

I had one in dark green with white stripes. I was living at home with Mom and was making decent money. I had at the same time, a 1968 Impala SS 427 red with a black top, the green Z28, and a puke yellow 1956 two door bel air with a 301 with headers and a Muncie 4 speed. I was young and dumb and spent every penny on cars. Now if I stored them properly and had them today.

Mr. Mike- you are old enough to know that you should use the proper designation of TTTs.

    Dem is Tupperware Ta-Tas. :)

I have two 69 Camaro's currently, one a SS 396 ( I blew the original 396 engine about 40 years ago :x )its a 4 speed 4:56 gears and BBC the other I have had about 12 years at some point some one repainted and added z-28 badges . I think it was a SS but never really checked the numbers its a .. 12 bolt rear 4:10 gears front disc brakes and 4 speed I added a 468 BBC to it it was a 396 when I got it also
I have owned about a dozen 69 camaros one was a true 69 Z28 but wife pushed me to get rid of some of my toys so it left .( I think now maybe I should have pushed the wife out the car has went up in value flip side market for 60 year old women not so much :o:o    )
the ss I have stripped down to really nothing right now but last time around it was blue like the one in the photo but with black stripes

I owned a a wide range of the old muscle cars all makes and models but the 69 Camaro's and 69 70 mach 1 mustangs are still my favorite ( unless one of you have a 70 hemi cuda you willing to give me :D
I spend a lot of money and so much time upgrading and breaking parts back in the old days
open headers all the time big loping cams and occasional slicks made great weekends 8-) 8-) 8-)
befroe I kick off I hope to finish restoring the old 69 ss

Looks like she would be a little too high maintenance for my pocketbook.
