  If there was a specific crime to be investigated, the ruling would have been different.
  
  As it stands, the request for Tax Returns and Financials is so the House and the Manhattan DA can comb through information in search of a crime.
  
  Amendment 4 tells us that probable cause is necessary. This ruling suggests that probable cause does not exist.

  Be interesting to see how Bloomberg will compare to TRUMP. My guess Bloomberg will slide right through and no_one will say much of anything.
