What Am I Making/Cooking?
Had various vegetables that had to be cooked or go bad. So,.........................................................
Two large crowns of rough diced Broccoli, two large thin sliced carrots, two rough diced potatoes, a full bunch of thin sliced celery, a medium fine diced onion, a can of sweet corn niblets, some left over loaded mashed potatoes, two 1-1/2" thick rough diced Pork chops, with the carmelized onions all over them. A quart of Chicken stock. 4 diced/minced Chicken Bullion cubes.
All in a large Crock pot on high for a couple hours until bubbling, on low until I go to bed, still bubbling. Warm therafter.
Pork Chop Stew/Soup?
How do I refer to this?
Gimp Stew/Special?
Do I add a can of diced tomatoes? Or have I done enough damage?

I was with you until you added the mashed potatoes. I guess they will act as a thickening agent making it more of a stew than a soup. 0 -
Sounds like a maalox special. Drugstore type maalox 0 -
You forgot the cilantro. 0 -

1/2 cup full. (Not a lot.) That was exactly what it was added for. (Thickening agent.)
So many Vegetables, it was a stew not a soup, early on.
Added the Tri-color Tomatoes to it as well.0 -
Throw
in a couple possum slabs and you got possum stew/

Only Veggies that had to get cooked were the broccoli crowns and the full bunch of celery. Everything else was winging it.
Food for days.

We call a concoction like that 'buckaroo stew'.
Left over this, left over that, season to taste.0 -
I am glad I didn't stop by for dinner
I am not too keen on Broccoli or cooked celery.0 -

a selection of whatever is left over from the past weeks dinners
is made into a soup/stew, never had a bad one, most are quite delicious,
