Time to scrub the painted areas with trisodiumphosphate. ............???

Painted many bathrooms, all turned out excellent and never ever heard of that stuff.

I tend to paint my bathrooms with liquid Mercury. It holds the mold down. :o  :?

I use some flake asbestos mixed with my liquid mercury to give it a textured surface plus it helps insulate.

Like using battery acid laced sand paper, after 20yrs of painting my Dad's rentals using TSP, I'm amazed I still have fingers! But...anything you use for paint over it, sticks like glue, especially over oil base paint. Sometimes I got out of painting because it made the old paint look new again.

...it?s evil stuff but definitely cleans well and breaks the glaze on existing paint.
