    I have been to a hog calling contest in Ga. There was this big gal who I thought should have won. She did win the chicken calling contest and came in 3rd in the whistling contest. She was about 5'9" and 240#s wore Overalls and rubber boots :) She drove a Log truck for living.............. :o

    I even entered the tobacco spiting contest. I was chewing bull of the woods and I spit tobacco like 17', I came in 4th ;)

    Hopefully hog calling is different from pigging or whaling or rhino hunting or chubby chasing in bars...

    And even more hopefully not the type of hog calling that was portrayed in deliverance - accompanied by banjo plucking...

    Now if only I knew what banjo plucking was code for...

    I have a cousin down in Tuscaloosa and he has some experience in the spitting contest as well! I'll call and ask for some details on his performance! 😁
