Popeyes knuckle sandwich

Looks like Popeyes had to fire 7 employees for fighting each other. These chicken sandwiches are sure making folks crazy.

I said to myself, I said, "Wow, there's a lot of people working here." I heard one of them yell, "It's a fight," Fourte said.

'They ran to the back by the grills, OK. Now, there was a fight back there. I didn't get that one on tape.

'Honestly, I wasn't even going to get the chicken sandwich,' Fourte explained. He can be heard in the video saying: 'Break that s**t up' as the staff continue to pull out of one another.

He did not get his food but WITI reported that seven workers were fired as a result of the melee. Police did arrive at the restaurant later but they claimed no weapons were involved and no arrests were made as a result.

In a statement, the franchise owner at Popeyes claimed: 'This was an unfortunate, isolated incident which we take very seriously.

'The dining room was closed immediately after the altercation at 9:30 p.m. As a result of this, 7 employees were terminated from the company, including the manager on duty.'

The altercations are the latest in a series of disturbing incidents, including a fatal stabbing, to have occurred at Popeyes restaurants amid the return of its popular chicken sandwich, which has sparked chaos nationwide.

A Popeyes employee has been arrested after being caught on video body-slamming a customer outside a Tennessee store.

There might be some openings there Ken ;)

    Used to be you had to go to church's or crown fried chicken in downtown Camden NJ right off off MLKBLVD deep in the hood - or maybe near buselton and byberry in both east Philly to the chicken shack to see such violent outbreaks...

    Pulling out they nines and forties (Glock and malt liquor)

    Guess you can't take the chicken out the hood or the hood rats out the chicken

    Thank god for upscale pure chick fillet in the affluent burbs.

    Lawd a mercy - lands sakes child.

    It took me quite a bit of thinking to figure out why Popeye's chicken sandwiches are causing all the hub bub.

    Instead of lettuce they are using SPINACHE on em!! ak ak ak ak ak! Well blow me down! :lol:

    That link wouldn't play on my computer, here is the fight. Not surprised it is a bunch of African Americans, it is a violent culture.

    I read several lengthy stories on it back 20 years ago. Chicago welfare types discovered that Milwaukee paid about $200 a month more in benefits. All you had to do was move 120 miles north! And the migration began. Thousands of Chicago welfare people moved to Milwaukee, and they weren't Swedish and Irish.

    I think it is more of a "Look I got one" or a "follow the crowd like a lemming" type of thing.

    There isn't one close to me because for some reason they are all located in the areas populated by people of color(POC) ;) I guess they have their market research down because in all these Popeye's fights, shootings, stabbings and useing a car to kill; the perpetrators and victims are all POC.............

    Imagine being so hungry you would kill someone for a chicken sandwich? I don't get it because almost all the people shown fighting for the sandwich are fat.

    I was just thinking (and that can be dangerous) that if you were to get ahold of a hoard of those sandwiches,.....OH What a "Black Market" item it would be!! :lol::lol::lol:
