After hearing about it for years, I imported some from o HI o to Michigan. Good? Yes. Expensive? Too much so. It was close to 3 dollars per bottle. 0 -
Had it a few times here in California. It's nothing special to me. Unlike "Big Red" one soda I pay the asking price. Recently I seen bottles of Clearly Canadian. Soda pop from the '80s that was pretty good (I liked the Loganberry) but at $3.00 for a 12 ounce bottle? Nope. I rather get three 2lt bottles of what ever's on sale for .99 cents. 0 -
OK :
I dont drink much in the line of sodas : but it it one of my 'go-to' flavors :
Not to bad as a mixer also :

golden gallon
I haven't seen one in years. There used to be one by Allen's old High School in Chamble GA.0 -
Never had Cheerwine, but while in Maine this summer, I did have a bottle of Moxie, their local cult soda. Very strange flavor, almost medicinal. 0 -
" golden gallon " that is something that used to happen to me after about a 6 pack, till the prostate started telling me how old I was............ 0
