  Does he have a second supplemental support big rig that is a customized tanker to transport his gasoline - can he do a rolling mid traffic refuelling akin to a military aircraft doing a mid air refuelling...

  Not quite a mad Max Australian post apocalyptic tactical bespoke combat transformative custom build but certainly in the same wheelhouse or theatre (of the bizarre)
  
  Where are the mini guns - heck how about a phalanx or goalkeeper CIWS plucked right off a NATO frigate or destroyer...
  
  Or towing a trailer that is half helicopter hanger and half landing pad...
