hello everyone

well my chef days are behind me, i got a new gig mon-fri 40hr week instead of 6-7 days day and night working for one of the top tech companies in the world building 1 million dollar computer servers, took a bit of a paycut up front but the benefits are fantastic, and 5 miles from home instead of an hr drive, i have to say i wish i could have landed a job like this years ago, it is the most ridiculously easy job iv'e ever had, time flies most of the day, i typically wire 30+ servers to 2 switches and power units typically around 180 cables from twinex to fiber optics, i cannot show actual pics or drawings, but they are like 7 foot tall refrigerators , i work with a very nice group of people that appreciate a good work ethic, i've invented 2 tools so far for the job and they are distributing them world wide , one i thought of in 15 seconds when given the task and they where impressed how someone new could solve the problem over guys that have been doing this for 20 yrs, and never thought of it , anyways i'm alive for those concerned

here is a stock photo of something similar, each switch on top is around 35k, each server on bottom is around 25-40k

    Im hoping to shoot USPSA Carry Optic nationals in 2020.

    bush, actually i was cooking and hosting parties for this particular company, so i applied with them and one thing led to another, and not really caring for the new format here, but anything has to be better than the outdated snitz 200

    warbirds, nice looking rig there, did you do the sic yourself ?

    jason, mogley i gave it a break this year, way too many hours in the kitchen made it all but impossible, by time i got home it was late, and after i peeled myself out of the car and my feet hit the asphalt i was stiff and could hardly make it into the house, but next year im jumping back in just on a smaller scale

    FYI, the shelf life of the dried peppers I got from you is long.
    Tried some the other day after sitting in cupboard a couple years and they still have plenty of fire.

    My supply is running dangerously low on his magic powder, but I still have 2, quart mason jars full of some fresh ones I got from him, that I dehydrated.

    Public warning about dehydrating his awesome peppers yourself-

    I have an 80L cabelas dehydrator. I loaded just a few into it as a test run, didn?t want to ruin the whole batch if I had an oops.

    Loaded the single tray in, and started it, in the kitchen, before I headed out for work.

    Wearing appropriate gloves, and being careful slicing them in half.

    I returned from work, walked into the house, and could?ve sworn my house had been raided by swat, and they set off pepper spray inside.

    Oh buoy, wife unit was not pleased.

    On a plus note, it worked perfectly, and I did the rest the next day, but I ran it out in the shed, instead of in the house.

    Been a while- If I remember correctly you used to go to my favorite gunshop, Hicks Trading Station. I still go there on a somewhat regular basis .
