"Google it, you will find many recipes"..............NOT A ONE FOR THE 7 MAG. 0 -
It's not on this chart, but appears it would be slower than IMR-4831

I searched all my old reloading manuals and did not find any data for RL-21, which was discontinued in 1971. It was not even listed in any burn rate charts that I found. Maybe someone will come up with an old Hercules data sheet.
Well, guess what I just found in Handloader's Digest, 1970, Maximum Loads chart, powder Rx21, 7mm Rem. Mag.:
Bullet grs. Vel. Rx21
130 3437 58
154 3100 57
160 3099 55.5
175 2938 54
Recommend reduce loads by at least 10% to start. In most instances the most efficient will be well below maximum.0 -
went on site called loaddata.com put in RL-21 and it showed a few loads for 220 swift and other 22 cal up to 6 mm best I can tell it was a very slow burning powder. may end up using it for fertilizer. 0
