a friend and co-worker shot and killed himself this week we had a graveside service today
man it was tough
I was proud to be a pall-bearer for his family
but man it hurts
I have missed him so much this week and I know that ain't going away anytime soon

I went through all the stages of grief, and then some I hope others never face.
It took me seven or eight years to learn these two things.
Grief is all that love, with nowhere to go.
While it will subside, grief never goes away. You just find ways to cope with their absence.
Prayers and kind thoughts that you and family find healthy ways to cope with his absence.0 -
