The blue wave has/is coming to large Cities everywhere
This is why our capitalist Democracy will fail and turned to Socialism here in The USA. Hell the country is broke already and The Middle Class is failing,it won't take much more to have a tax revolt with or with representation, just watch it unfold soon. It's already happening now with small to medium companies and will be the first to fail. Especially if Sanders or Warren clinches the president office. Oh Joe won't be much better either.
Stag-Inflation is just around the corner,bet on it. 2021 at the latest.

i have been selling off property to avoid the coming tax crunch by democrats......our lake place will be up for sale next spring..... we seem to have a surge of younger live at home with mommy and daddy voters that will impact elections in i think the wrong way as a wave of socialism expands with one election portent of writing off student loans that have deliberately not been paid for many years...that really teaches ethics.... 0 -

Not only am I old but I don't feel well. I won't be here to participate in the shooting.

Eventually mommy and daddy die.
When that happens, someone else will have to own the basement.
When that happens, either they won't want them living in their basement or basement rent will rise significantly (to pay the taxes).
Not a great near-term plan, but it sure will be interesting to see in another 30 to 40 years. Unfortunately (fortunately?) I will not be here to witness it.
I bet all of those folks in cryonic suspension sure will be surprised.
