I dunno what the real motivation is Sam, sounds kind of like back in the day when folks damn near killed each other over those dumb assed Beanie Baby things. The fatal stabbing over a sammich was down outside of DC this week. Locally, video is popping up at a (ghetto) Popeye's with customers pounding the crap outta employees, employees slugging it out with managers, employees rolling on the floor with other employees. Stupid as hell, all of it, but then again when ya look at those involved...well, you know.

never tried one, can't see them being much better than KFC extra crispy. I am sure if you just look at the folks involved in the " altercations " you would realize they would fight over anything they were promised and not given, not sure I will be around when the gov't freebies run out, but I will guarantee you these big cities will self destruct withing a week, looting, burning, riots, killings, I am at the age I just don't much care anymore and if I should go out while "target practicing" on these types so be it, I feel sorry for my kids/grandkids who are trying to make a decent life.

    (ghetto) Popeye's

    :lol::lol::lol:

I think is why there are none near me they seem to be a raycist company and only place there stores where their customer base is

I watched about 8 videos or people fighting for a sandwich..........To me that is incredible, people willing to kill for a sandwich and the thing is they are not starving most of them are hugely overweight.

Those are the "Type," who will fight over a meal.

When I had one near me, (up North at the store I helped manage,) next door, walking distance. I would get a large Red Beans and Rice, and a couple Jalepeno's to go at lunch. Best stuff they make.

It has nothing to do with the sandwich it has everything to do with the intentional degradation of America by the media and their left wing supporters who refuse to call a spade a spade.

Instead of fawning over and encouraging children to mimic the "gangsta" rap, pants down, face tatting, nose ringed morons who refuse to behave and act like respectable citizens in a community the media, politicians, and citizens should be calling out the behavior (not so much the physical description I used but those folks tend to be the most disrespectful and disobedient citizens I observe day to day).

Today we excuse lousy parenting with a new age baby daddy and hook up mentality that makes it all OK, regardless of a couple living together a responsibility both financial and relationship wise is the duty of a parent.

"...most of them are hugely overweight."

...not to mention I haven't seen one where any of them could fight worth a crap.

    Wow!

That sounds like Owning a (Ghetto) Pit, in a microcosm. (As compared to one, properly acclimated.)

Kinda like Popeye's Vs. KFC. (World of difference.)

Except for the Red Beans and Rice. I Love the Read Beans and Rice, side of Jalepeno's.

In a land of plenty like ours, you have to be a "fumb ducking" idiot to fight over a sandwich. I offer those videos and news stories as proof positive.

I hear it's a pretty good sandwich. Probably is; Popeyes makes pretty good chicken. I'll wait until the foorah has passed before I try one, however.

Just got a Popeye's in this Week, in our small town. Haven't been. Might not.

We're in Kentucky. We got KFC.

    Although I prefer KFC.

They (KFC) do not have Red Beans and Rice. Side of Jalepeno's.

I'd hit them once a week for that, alone.

    Good sheeit. :)

Chick-fil-A vs. Popeyes customer service, in a nutshell:

Chick-fil-A: "Welcome to Chick-fil-A! Isn't it a beautiful day? I love you. You look great like you always do! How can I help you? Oh, sorry about the extra 10 second wait. Here's a free sandwich on the house."

Popeyes: "The f**k you want, n***a?"

Haven't been in a Popeyes but last time was in the local KFC, the floor was so greasy damn near fell down and had to hold onto the counter.
The tables were unclean, the buffet looked like it was from a week ago and no white chicken in the buffet pan. Had to ask for white meat, after waiting about 4 minutes the idiot clerk brought over ONE PIECE!

That was maybe 2 years ago and haven't been back since.
    :x

My wife and I tried them ............... save your money and the time it takes to go get it ............. I wouldn't have another one if they were free, besides, in most Popeye's you'll need a tail gunner to insure your safety.

Seems they did a great job marketing a frozen chicken sandwich. Capitalism?

That's insane. We got one here and you just walk in an order. Although I think they are pricey for what you get. And I am crossing Subway off the list, my granddaughter and I had the "combo" there last night, $18.00 bucks. I am not a tight wad but not enough there for that money.

I have not been in a Popeyes since 1998. We had one on Ft Clayton when I was stationed in Panama. It was always packed because the Panamanians love Fried Chicken. When I was moving back to the states the Panamanians who were packing my stuff to be loaded up were a great bunch of guys. I got them a huge box of Popeyes fried chicken and they ate every piece of meat and took the bones with them :o I guess to make soup with.

As far as Subway Sandwiches I don't go there anymore either. They are all owned by Indians and they put meat on the subs like they are taking it out of their mothers mouth. I like Jersey Mikes or Fire House better, even Harris Teeter make a better Sub than Subway.

These goons fighting over a sandwich are the typical minstrel show we see everyday, I would be embarrassed if I was an AA

When the ghetto rats fight especially the women I like the hair pulling with the weaves getting yanked out the best. I also like seeing the men standing around with their pants sagging to their knees watching women fight.

    You won LBJ!

I read an article about a cat fight over a man in Atlanta where 3 women fought so hard the broke pipes in a apartment and flooded 6 floors. That was over some sorry ass man who is an aspiring raper with no job and a convicted felon who doesn't have a driver lic, just imagine what they will do for a fried chicken sandwich

Remember the Disneyland Fight where a family got into it with each other at Disneyland in front of their children, even Grandma got punched.

I hit on a Popeyes place just north of Detroit MANY years ago. The chicken was OK but they had something I had never eaten before. Fried OKRA. It was delicious!

Probably 30 or more years ago when the franchise was just starting. I would not be caught dead in that area today. There is nothing in this world good enough to eat that would take me there!

The only way to eat Okra IMO, I love fried Okra!

My wife was in Downtown Raleigh today the the road she was on had a traffic back up. She thought it was a wreck but it was a line to get into a Popeyes chicken!

    WTH is with people

She said they were in line like one of the old gas lines from the 70's to go through the drive through.

She said they had police directing traffic

    What a bunch of sheeple.
