I took mine to town today.
We went in my 84 Chevy K30 so all 3 of us were in the cab. The boys were a hit and got several pats and got to lick a girl in the face.
I rewarded them with a Burger.0 -
Dogs are the best "chick magnets" that have ever been created! Gal's that would not give the time of day to me always start a conversation because of my partner, aka, best friend, best buddy, best huggable drooler!
The smile of my Golden Retriever always makes my day brighter! Talking to pretty gals make this old ugly guy feel special as well!0 -
Wife and I go into town on Sundays to a local restaurant for their chicken dinner. $9.00 that includes 1/2 chicken, bowl of home made soup, vegetable, potatoes and a home made desert! At any rate there is always a PU with 3 labs sitting in the bed every time we go there. This past Sunday there were only 2. Approached the owner of the PU and asked where the yellow lab went. Told me with a tear in his eye he passed. WOW-Had all I could do to not shed a tear myself. One gets so attached I really related. 0 -
