    Never heard of them. My favorite gunsmith built a muzzle loader for elk. 50 BMG barrel in a modified Springfield action. His 'black' powder of choice was a lot of H-4831.

    Around here for muzzle loading hunts, no plastic or copper with the bullet - lead/cloth only. I think they still require an exposed nipple for caps. I was glad when the allowed elongated bullets instead of round ball only.
