So postulate a 100% efficient one way mirror material...

Now make a hollow sphere that let's in light but does not let it out.

    You can see inside.

Light has mass - we're does the mass go - how much light until it fills up...

A weapon or an engine or an eternal light source or battery???

Please explain the dynamics and implications.

    there are three locked boxes.

the first one is made of gold. it says "who chooseth me shall gain what many men desire."
the second one is made of silver. it says "who chooseth me shall get as much as he deserves."
the third one is made of lead. it says "Who chooseth me must give and risk all he hath."

what items are each box? (hint, they have already been opened)

As I was going to St. Ives,
I met a man with seven wives,
    Each wife had seven sacks,
    Each sack had seven cats,
    Each cat had seven kits:
    Kits, cats, sacks, and wives,
How many were there going to St. Ives?

    Einstein's Riddle:

There are five houses in a row. Each house is painted a different color and has a person of a different nationality living in it. Each person drinks a different beverage, smokes a different type of cigar, and owns a different animal as a pet. Using these 15 clues, which person owns the pet fish?

The Brit lives in the red house.
The Swede has a pet dog.
    The Dane drinks tea.
The green house is directly to the left of the white house.
The person in the green house drinks coffee.
The person who smokes Pall Mall has a pet bird.
The person in the yellow house smokes Dunhill cigars.
The person in the center house drinks milk.
The Norwegian lives in the first house.
The person who smokes Blends lives next to the person with the pet cat.
The person with the pet horse lives next to the one who smokes Dunhill.
The person who smokes BlueMaster drinks beer.
    The German smokes Prince.
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
The person who smokes Blends has a neighbor who drinks water.

(I solved this, so what's the answer)

    this was a true story:

some Buddhist monks are given a wooden box that contains scrolls. but, there are no hinges, no locks, and they can't get it open. one monk was very smart and he got it open. (without ripping it apart) what did he do and how was the box held shut?

(whoever made the box had nothing fancy at all, this was hundreds of years ago)

you are given the same box and know exactly as much as they did. what do you have to do to get it open without ripping it apart?

How much wood, could a Woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

How far could he chuck said wood?

If indeed he could chuck wood.

Why would he want to chuck wood, if indeed he could?

well, you could consult the ancient Sumerian "Dialogue of Pessimism" where a master says to his slave that he wants to do something:

    - drive to the palace
    - eat at a banquet
    - go hunting
    - get married
    - go sue someone in court
    - lead a revolution
    - make love to his wife
    - sacrifice a goat
    - invest in business
    - give money to the poor

in each case the slave tells him it's good; then the master says no never mind, and the slave tells him it was bad anyways.

in the end he throws the slave in the water.

the moral of the story was, do whatever the hell you want! it doesn't matter!

or as summed up by Shakespeare, "nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so."
