    You got real close with this comment, however all government entities swear all A.I. autonomous killers will have a human making the call to act with deadly force in the beginning of rolling out these devices. Drones in combat will be the first unleashed when the opposing forces use special radiation shields to shut down a real time environment control with them. Then it will make the decision for itself. Just watch.
