Does this have an actual M14 stock or a M1 stock?

Does not look like an M14.

  No idea what you are looking at, but the Springfield Armory M1A and the military issue M14 use the same stock.

  A USGI stock for an M14 Service Rifle will have a cut out for the selector shaft, which is visible at the upper right side and between the two brass pins of my own CMP M14 stock:
