Halloween 1948
I popped into this world. I never expected to live past 50, but I've managed to surpass that milestone.
I feel like I've aged another 5 years taking care of my wife this year. She's doing a lot better, but still has a long way to go from her driveway escapade in July.
The only good thing I can say about being 71, is that it beats the alternative.

Well, Happy Birthday, ya goblin!
And a minor benefit of passing the 70 mark that is rarely discussed-
The threat of life in prison no longer is as big a deterrent....... :P0 -
but you never said if you were a trick or a treat

I must have been a trick. The first thing my mother said after I was born and the Dr. laid me on her stomach was "GET THAT COLD DEAD FISH OFF MY BELLY" !!!!!!
That was back in the day when they drugged the mothers up.

Perhaps even think about adding a "Senior."

Thanks guys, I can feel the love.
I've been the oldest male in my family since Dad died in 2013. Maybe I should change my name to Bubba Sr., or just "That Old Fart Joe".
