Do any current Members here, own one?
Always been on my Wish list.
Several 7.62 X 54 Carbines. (M38/M44)
I like the round. I have, ahem........................................................................a few.
Would love a semi-auto.
Last I looked, they are going for around (damn, looking at current GB auctions, it has gone up to around $2K, on average.) for a nice one.
Should have bought the one I found at a Gun Show, about 5 years ago for $1200. (Hindsight, being 20/20.)
Just a History buff.

Yosh, SVT stocks with the wrist weak point, are pretty rare these days. If you see one, it's usually on a Fin capture with the receiver marked "SA" in a box. Very few SVT's escaped the refurb with the AVT stock replacement. 0
